About Leaders in Training

Leaders in Training, or LIT, is an extension program of Troy Camp that seeks to foster leadership and citizenship in a small group of middle schoolers who have graduated from Troy Camp. LIT is run by a small volunteer group of Troy Camp counselors. LIT hosts one or two events per month for its students, including cultural awareness activities, leadership workshops, and group bonding sessions. LIT also takes the students on a weekend retreat with their counselors in the Spring.
